Traditional remix compo - computerize a traditional song

-Make a computer age remix of a traditional song from the pre-electronic era - any song written by "traditional"
-The resulting song must sound modern (not like acoustic folk music etc.)
-All computer platforms are allowed but pure live performances are not allowed.
-Adding new compositional material to a song is allowed
-Coops allowed
-Multiple entries allowed (but will be possibly discarded if they are crap - quality not quantity, bitte)
-Upload your song as an OGG or as some traditional tracker format (OpenMPT will be used for extracting)
-Minimum length: 2 min
-Deadline: 17th day (Saturday) of March, 24:00 (East European Time), so you have to upload before the Sunday
-Voting deadline: 24th day (Saturday) of March, 24:00 (East European Time), so vote before the Sunday
-Note: You are encouraged to use this occasion to explore traditional songs from different parts of the world in order to find something interesting

How to upload: Place your file in the Internets and send the URL to franz_koopa by using Nectarine messaging system, use topic "my traditional song". You have to tell which music program you have used to make your song, which is the title of your song in the original song and its English title (if possible). Remember to leave OGG file's infofields empty.

How to download: A download link for the compopack will appear on this thread soon after the deadline has passed.

How to vote: Send your votes (rating 1-5) and comments to franz_koopa via Nectarine message system, use topic: "my traditional votes"
Here is an example message, use this format:
01 - 3 stars, "this sucks"
02 - 2 stars, "this sucks too"
03 - 1 stars, "this sucks even harder"
04 - 1 stars, "can't believe how much this sucks"
et cetera

Let us post some fancy traditional songs here so that lazy people can participate too:
(I guess it is not a disaster if two participants pick the same song)
