We are finally back!
Welcome to our "Animal Compo" compo! Your task is to pick an animal and write a track that fits that animal. During the voting people will guess the name of the animal, but also rate the track as usual.
Rules:

Prowler launches kickstarter book project: The Masters of Pixel Art
The goal of this project is to create a book to present a selection of the very best pixel artwork in an exclusive production. As additional content, many images are presented with background information, comments by the editor and in-depht stories from the artists themselves.
The pixel graphics that emerged in the late 80's and the 90's beginning has inspired and created a sub-cultural era of pixelled art. This book is an attempt to capture the style and soul from that period of non-profit fellow creativity.
The Masters of Pixel Art book specs:
- 200 pages, covering 48 great pixel artists.
- Over 350 selected pixel images.
- Dimensions: 24 x 30.5 cm (9.5 x 12 inch).
- Quality product: durable hardback cover with textile finish, highest quality paper.
- Kickstarter acknowledgement - get your name in the book as an official backer!
- Clean design and layout.

To celebrate 30 years of Amiga World Domination, we rolled out an update of our streaming engine. As of now we support a shitload of new module formats, thanks to libopenmpt. As icing on top, AHX and HVL files are supported as well, courtesy of Hively Replayer.

That's why we are holding a coop-compo now - and because of reasons!
Your job ist to socialize through the interwebz or your local pub and find at least one fellow scener who will team up and write a tune with you!

Because of private reasons, the DE streams are going offline (maybe for a period of time, maybe indefinitely).
Due to that fact, we are now looking for new relay providers. If you have a server running linux and have enough bandwidth to waste drop us a line.

We are back, and this time we want you to take someone else's music style and put it into a new track.
So when you upload your track, add the artist you copy in the comment section.
During the voting phase, people will have to guess the copied artist in the comments - fun guaranteed!

We had various outages and problems, first on the compos page and last week on the scenemusic.net side. That's why we moved the deadline a bit :) (by 2 weeks)
After our last compo (triphop) it's time for something more general again.
That's why we are holding a coop-compo now!
