We've had no official rules so far here, but I think we should add one so I can point to that if I need to get rid of someone.
It's a translation of Kardemommeloven - a "law" from a norwegian children's book. I've always liked this law 
And so the rules are (drumroll): You shall never bother others, You shall be both fair and kind. And whatever else you do, I shall not mind. Edit: and here's the original norwegian: Man skal ikke plage andre, man skal være grei og snill, og for øvrig kan man gjøre hva man vil. |

These rules are lame. If you want to stop spam, then just say "don't post a bunch of text and smileys repeatedly/simultaneously!"
